Our responsibility is to deliver your purchase into the hands of the courier (usually USPS). You accept the courier as your agent for delivery. Once we have provided you with the tracking number for the shipment, then we have fulfilled delivery to you and the sale is complete.
Damaged or defective merchandise reported directly to Egyptian Healing Rods within 72 hours of receipt may be returned for prompt exchange.
FOR RODS: Once the Rods are held, they begin to interact with the energy field of the user and the metals start to tarnish, demonstrating the electrical power of the rods. Because the Healing Rods are personal to each customer we will not accept returns.
